MI Adjusting has received accreditation from Lloyds Registered Quality Assurance for its management systems.
The company which recently branded from Mathieson-Ingham to MI Adjusting, has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for its adjusting and insurance management services.
MI Adjusting executive director, David College, said: Very few adjusters have attained this level of accreditation, which is of course subject to independent and periodic audit. While it was an expensive project for us, the Board felt it demonstrates our commitment to the insurance market in providing a truly focused service, with adherence to best practices.
MI Adjusting has organically grown over the last two and a half years and has an increasing number of Insurer clients. The ISO accreditation complements our own internal systems and ensures that our clients can expect the highest possible standards
