Specialist UK Liability Adjuster MI Adjusting has announced the creation of a Catastrophic Loss Investigation team.
The new team will consist of Specialist and Senior Adjusters from the Companys existing Complex and Major Loss Division.
The team of six will be deployed across locations in London, the South, the Midlands and the North. Speaking about the new team, Tina Whelan, Director of Business Services commented:-
MI Adjusting have a growing reputation and excellent track record in the investigation and handling of high value and complex casualty claims. The technical knowledge of the team will bring a heightened level of experience and best claims handling techniques for the benefit of our Insurer Clients. The new arrangement consolidates our capabilities under a highly experienced management team which will be able to deliver innovative solutions to the market.
The team will be lead by Colin Watkins in the South and Martin Mathieson in the North and Midlands. Mr Watkins added:-

Such cases require a bespoke approach to enhance customer service and ensure the claims are resolved effectively and at minimal cost. In this respect, our aim is to continue to offer a market leading adjusting service to the insurance industry
Earlier this year, MI Adjusting received accreditation and approval by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance in Management Systems, applicable to the provision of Adjusting and Insurance Management Services ISO 9001 - 2008. The Company has also revealed that it is their intention to grow their Property Division, albeit restricting their work to commercial losses.
