Desktop Claims Management

MI Adjusting recognise that many of our Clients require a bespoke desktop claims handling service.

Adopting increased outsourcing as the model, we have dedicated resources and technical skills within this Division which serve to compliment our core liability, motor adjusting and property services.

Our claims management process is Client driven, cases being handled in a pro-active manner and adopting best claims handling practices. The services are supported by management information systems and/or bordereaux, as maybe required by our Clients.

Outsourced Claims department

Our white label claims product allows insurers and Brokers to outsource their entire claims function, whilst retaining their company branding.

This product will provide you with:-

  • A dedicated 24/7 claims line answered with your company name;
  • Product literature and stationery provided with your corporate identity and branding;
  • A team of experienced claim handlers that will take the hassle away from your clients by handling the claims process for them;
  • Full management information reporting;
  • The time for you to work on more productive areas of your business, whilst we deal with the intricacies of all of your claims.

Risk Management

Our services include identifying and reporting on areas where there exists a significant exposure to potential claims. We are able to produce risk management reports from an underwriting/claims perspective.

Training

MI Adjusting provide training tailored to the specific requirements and needs of our clients. We also accommodate individuals wishing to accompany our adjusters to provide onsite investigation experience.

Rehabilitation

On severe injury cases, we advocate early intervention as the best way to facilitate the earliest possible return to full time employment. This can also lead to significant cost savings.

We have an agreement with a leading UK specialist rehabilitation firm, who provide rehabilitation services to assist individuals returning to work. We also work with many other Client nominated firms.
