Congratulations to our restructured management team
MI Adjusting are delighted to announce that Dominic Oddy, who joined the company 11 years ago, has been appointed to Managing Director. Dominic has been instrumental in the expansion of the Liability Division, has contributed towards the company expanding its operations, within the UK and more recently the American market. Dominic’s appointment is part of MI Adjusting’s continued growth plan. He specialises in the investigation and management of complex major claims relating to EL, PL, Products, Environmental and Construction Liability claims.
Martin Mathieson continues to have overall responsibility and remains the primary shareholder of the company. In addition, David Robinson continues to lead and oversee the company’s Commercial Property Division.
Ray Phair with over 20-years liability adjusting experience, has Managerial responsibilities for the Liability Division in the South and Anne Seabrook now heads the RTA Division. Both have been with the company for 16 and 14 years respectively. The are the driving force behind the development of the company’s London market presence.
Kelly Gray, who has been with the Company since 2004, has been promoted to the position of Financial & Managerial Director. Kelly has over 22 years in the adjusting profession and has been key to the progression and success of the Company. Kelly plays a crucial role in the advancement of the business and all finance matters.
New Appointments to aid our expansion
We are also delighted to announce that Martin Fairbairn has joined the Team. Martin is a seasoned Senior Loss Adjuster with an impressive 20-year professional career. His specialist disciplines include Liability and RTA claims.
Consequent upon on-going expansion, MI Adjusting have recruited Natalia Zaiachin, an experienced supervisor and claims handler, who is responsible for the Claims Support Team. In addition, Christine O’Toole, who had previously spent many years with the company, has rejoined MI Adjusting within the Support Team.
MI Adjusting are a niche specialist Adjusting company, who work for many of the UK’s leading insurers. Whilst we may not be the largest adjusting firm in the UK, we perceive this as a positive strength. We are large enough to handle claims for FTSE 100 corporations, but are small enough to care and provide a personal and tailored service.
